Mediterranean dairy specialist Futura Foods has unveiled its latest product, YAMAS! Whipped Feta, made from 100% authentic Greek ingredients.
The new offering, which recently won a Silver award at the International Cheese and Dairy Awards 2024, hit Tesco shelves on 3rd July.
Unlike similar products, it will be merchandised alongside continental cheeses rather than dips and spreads.

“Whipped feta is already trending on social media, with people creating their own from scratch. By introducing an authentic ready-made version, we’re encouraging more people to incorporate this delicious new format into their diet.”
The product comes in a convenient re-sealable 150g tub and is designed to be versatile, and suitable for dipping, dolloping, or spreading.
Futura Foods emphasises the product’s authenticity, stating that it uses traditional artisan processes and sources ingredients directly from selected dairy partners in Greece.
The company also highlights the health benefits, noting that whipped feta is a source of protein, low in salt, and contains live cultures to support gut health.
The launch comes as both trade and consumers show increasing concern about ingredient provenance.
Futura Foods hopes that by introducing this convenient, authentic product, whipped feta will become a staple in UK households.
A 2kg food service pack is also planned for release later this year, expanding the product’s reach beyond retail consumers.
As the Mediterranean food trend continues to grow in the UK, this launch represents a significant move by Futura Foods to capitalise on the market’s appetite for authentic, convenient, and versatile Greek dairy products.
