The partnership introduces 22 exclusive professional couverture chocolate products to the UK.

CFW Ingredients & Equipment, the distribution division of Sephra Europe, has been appointed as the exclusive distributor and web shop manager for Domori’s professional couverture chocolate range in the UK. This move brings a range, containing 22 exclusive products, to the UK artisan chocolate market, marking the entry of a new chocolate brand.

To support Domori’s entry into the UK market, CFW Ingredients & Equipment has established a dedicated B2B e-commerce web shop with its own QR Code for simplified ordering. The web shop offers UK shipping, next day delivery, a dedicated phone line, no minimum order quantity (MOQ), and no delivery charges on UK orders over £150.

Professional dessert makers, including UK-based chocolatiers, chefs, artisan gelato specialists, and patisseries, can now access a collection of high-quality, natural, single-origin chocolate couvertures. The available product lines include three varieties of Criollo Cocoa Chocolate: Chuao at 75%, Ocumare at 72%, and Canoabo at 62%.

The range also features other single origin milk and dark chocolates sourced from countries such as Peru, Ecuador, Venezuela, Ivory Coast, Madagascar, and Tanzania. Additionally, the Domori Essence Chocolate range, made with a blend of cocoa from Africa and Ecuador, is available in 70% dark, 57% dark, 37% milk, and white chocolate grades, all with four-drop fluidity suitable for various applications.

Domori’s Cocoa Mass (100% cocoa), an ingredient for premium ice cream, gelato, confectionery, and pastry production, is part of a diverse twenty-product portfolio. The selection is completed by two AUREA Cream Fillings, Sicilian pistachio and Italian hazelnut cream.

David Archer, Managing Director of Sephra Europe, commented on the new agreement, stating, “It’s an absolute honour for us to partner with the Domori brand, and its distributor, IRCA, in bringing the professional couverture chocolate range to the UK. The opportunity to be involved in something as rare and special as Criollo chocolate certainly doesn’t come along every day. Domori is to be commended in its efforts to preserve this prized variety.”

Mr. Archer also noted that the UK chocolate market has offered the same brands for too long, and CFW’s customer base is actively seeking new products, including fine chocolates from around the world. He added, “The Domori professional couverture range is very much the ‘new kid on the block’, a brand with which UK based chefs may not be hugely familiar. With our sales & marketing campaign underway, they now are. We are definitely disrupting the professional chocolate choices in this country, setting the UK chocolate scene alight.”

The Domori/CFW Web Shop provides product information and includes a recipe section to support chefs. Regarding ordering, Mr. Archer stated, “As Domori’s professional couverture chocolate range grows in prominence in the UK, it’s essential that ordering is quick and easy. Along with the B2B e commerce web shop being a fantastic resource, our staff are now fully trained on all product lines and are making face-to-face visits to many of our existing customers to encourage them to get on board with Domori.”

Mr. Archer concluded by thanking the IRCA Group, the supplier and distributor for Domori in the UK and IE marketplace, for their trust in CFW. He expressed anticipation for involvement in immersive experiences for chefs and chocolatiers as part of the ongoing launch of Domori’s luxury chocolate couverture range.

Alessandro Crespi, Head of Sales UK & IE from IRCA Group, also commented, “We have found in CFW & Sephra a very respected and engaged distributor who are fully supporting us as the Domori professional chocolate range enters the UK marketplace. We look forward to enjoying a long and productive relationship with them.”
