New George Street Restaurant to Offer 100 Free Burgers on Launch Day
Beef King has confirmed that its new Aberdeen restaurant will open at 196 George Street on Friday, October 16, 2026, at 4 pm. To celebrate its arrival in the city, the new branch plans to give away 100 burgers to customers on its opening day.
This opening marks an expansion for the franchise in the north-east of Scotland, following the positive reception of its existing Stonehaven restaurant. The new Aberdeen branch has undergone an extensive refurbishment, transforming the former Blue Spice premises on George Street into a new restaurant and takeaway, offering space for customers to dine in.
The decision to expand into Aberdeen follows the success of the Stonehaven branch, which has attracted positive customer feedback since opening. The announcement of the new George Street location has also generated considerable interest among local customers. The Lord Provost of Aberdeen is also expected to attend the grand opening to mark the official launch of Beef King’s new branch.
Billy Sabir, franchisee of both Beef King Stonehaven and Beef King Aberdeen, commented on the expansion. “The support we’ve received in Stonehaven has been absolutely fantastic. Since opening, we’ve welcomed so many wonderful customers, and that response gave us the confidence to bring Beef King to Aberdeen,” he said.
Sabir added, “The reaction since we announced our George Street restaurant has been incredible, with people regularly asking when they can finally get their hands on our food. We’ve been working hard behind the scenes to make sure everything is ready, and we’re really excited to finally welcome everyone through the doors.”

Beef King Aberdeen will offer an extensive menu, including its signature smash burgers, chicken burgers, loaded fries, generously portioned wraps and rice boxes, alongside a selection of sides, iced drinks, and indulgent milkshakes. The restaurant will also provide vegetarian options and children’s meals, with customers able to dine in, order takeaway, or arrange delivery.
For the opening day giveaway, Beef King will be repeating its popular launch-day promotion from Stonehaven. “We had a brilliant response to our burger giveaway in Stonehaven, so we’re bringing it back for Aberdeen. We’ll be giving away 100 burgers on opening day, and we can’t wait to meet everyone who’s been supporting us along the way,” Sabir stated.
