Brakes, the UK’s leading foodservice wholesaler, has launched La Boulangerie Premium Bakery, bringing together its award-winning premium range of breads, pastries and cakes under a new banner.

The curated range of more than 150 products has been crafted for quality, convenience, and consistent performance to provide professional kitchens with a premium bakery offer throughout the day. Brakes has also added 10 new products to the range to coincide with the launch.

From rustic loaves to soft brioche, flaky pastries to indulgent cakes, the range combines traditional methods and long fermentation with quality ingredients, hand-finishing, and authentic provenance, ensuring that each product reflects the brand’s commitment to excellence.​
