Deal expands online access to hospitality packages, sponsorship and club products

Future Ticketing has extended its partnership with Scottish Premiership club Dundee FC in a multi-year agreement. Announcing the extension, Future Ticketing said it is delighted with how Dundee FC has embraced the company’s technology, which it said ensures an ever smoother path to multiple purchase options for supporters.

Stacey Forde, Client Success Team Leader at Future Ticketing, said: “While matchday entry to Dens Park remains at the core of our service to Dundee FC, we are aware too of the increasing importance of making sure hospitality tickets for the Legends Lounge are available online, along with a growing range of fan products.”

She added: “At Future Ticketing we know Dundee FC recognises that supporters increasingly expect to be able to make purchases at a time that suits them, without having to call the club, wait for an office to open or make a booking while they are at work. By providing a convenient online purchasing experience, Dundee FC allows fans to browse and secure tickets, hospitality packages and other club products whenever and wherever it suits them.”

Dundee FC’s online offering now extends beyond match tickets. Supporters can currently purchase a range of products and experiences, including Programme Pass, Development Player Sponsorship, Mascot Packages, Dundee FC Gift Vouchers, Player Sponsorship for 2026/’27, Season Tickets for 2026/’27, and tickets for all remaining matches in the current campaign.

Future Ticketing’s systems are integrated with Capital Credit Union, a partnership that facilitates Fair Fan Finance, which the company said helps eligible supporters spread the cost of their season ticket purchases.

Ms Forde said: “Dundee FC’s digital-first approach aligns perfectly with our strategy while at the same time giving fans greater choice and flexibility and making it easier for the club to offer a wider range of experiences and products throughout the season.”

Future Ticketing said its Digital Ticketing App, which supporters download to their phones to keep their tickets at their fingertips, and its Dashboard Connect feature, which helps clubs manage ticket purchases by visiting supporters, are among the features it said keep the company at the forefront of ticketing technology. The company said the Dashboard Connect technology has especially demonstrated its value in the case of Dundee FC working with other organisations in the city.

John Nelms, Managing Director of Dundee FC, said: “When we first partnered with Future Ticketing, one of our key objectives was to modernise and professionalise the way we engage with our supporters. Since then, we have been able to expand our online offering significantly, giving fans more opportunities to support the club and enjoy experiences beyond matchday.”

He added: “From hospitality packages and player sponsorship to mascot experiences and gift vouchers, we are continually looking at new ways to engage with our supporters while creating additional commercial opportunities for the club. Future Ticketing has provided an efficient and reliable service throughout our partnership, and we value its commitment to continually developing its technology to meet our needs. We look forward to continuing this relationship and exploring further opportunities to improve the experience we provide for our supporters.”
