The wait is over as Lennox Edinburgh officially opens its doors in the heart of the city’s vibrant West End, introducing chef-restaurateur Nico Simeone’s newest and most personal restaurant concept to the Scottish capital. Following acclaimed launches in Manchester and Glasgow, Edinburgh marks the third and final destination in the brand’s inaugural expansion.

Located on Queensferry Street, Lennox brings a new style of dining centred around open-fire cooking, premium ingredients and the energy of a fully open kitchen. Designed to immerse guests in every stage of the culinary experience, the restaurant firmly places craftsmanship and flavour in the spotlight.

Stepping inside Lennox Edinburgh reveals an intimate, industrial-inspired dining room where raw materials, warm lighting and contemporary design create a sophisticated yet relaxed atmosphere. At its heart is an impressive open kitchen featuring custom-built barbecue grills and dry-ageing cabinets, allowing guests to witness the theatre of service from every seat.

The menu celebrates timeless dishes reimagined through modern techniques, with bold flavours, premium seasonal produce and generous sharing plates designed to bring people together. Every dish reflects Lennox’s philosophy of instinctive cooking, where exceptional ingredients and fire take centre stage. The menu offers small plates, big plates, and house-dry-aged cuts, including dishes like Lamb Belly, Dry-Aged Steaks and Buffalo Squid.

Speaking about the Edinburgh opening, Nico Simeone said:“Edinburgh has always held a special place in my career, so bringing Lennox here feels incredibly meaningful. This concept allows us to cook with complete freedom, focusing on incredible ingredients, bold flavours and creating an unforgettable experience for every guest.”
