The global brand from Dubai is expanding its presence in Scotland as it prepares to open a new outlet in Edinburgh.

Set to open on Saturday the 6 of September, this new site can be found at 51 Home Street. EH3 9JP

To celebrate this opening Chicking will hold a Grand Launch with a special offer which will see their famous Royal Crunch Burger being just £1 from noon to 3pm.

The brand has rapidly expanded from 9 stores to 17 across the UK with plans to expand further in Scotland. They’re on track to become a top fried chicken brand, aiming for 70 outlets by 2026.

Their success is largely due to the quality of their chicken, made fresh to order, with a special 12-hour marination process. Chicking offers a variety of options, including original, spicy, and grilled chicken.

Amidst calls to support alternative brands, Chicking aims to disrupt the current market and provide a unique option for customers.

A spokesperson from Chicking said: “We are thrilled to bring Chicking to Edinburgh as part of our continued expansion in the UK, specially in Scotland.

This new location represents an exciting step forward for our brand, and we can’t wait to welcome the local community to experience what Chicking has to offer.

We aim to not only satisfy cravings but also create a vibrant dining experience and foster a welcoming atmosphere.”
