Guests attending La Azotea during the FORMULA 1 TAG HEUER GRAN PREMIO DE ESPAÑA 2026 will be able to enjoy a high-end culinary experience featuring dishes from some of Madrid’s most celebrated chefs and restaurants.
Taking place from 11–13 September, the hospitality offering will bring together nine renowned culinary names for a showcase of Spanish and international flavours, alongside trackside views and a vibrant race-weekend atmosphere.
Located at La Monumental, one of the circuit’s most iconic corners, La Azotea has been created by MATCH Hospitality, the Exclusive Official Hospitality Provider for the MADRING circuit. The distinctive four-storey venue will feature a restaurant, panoramic terrace, lounge areas, privileged views of the track and a Saturday afternoon after-party.
A showcase of Madrid’s dining scene
La Azotea’s food offering will celebrate the talent, creativity and diversity that have helped establish Madrid as one of Europe’s leading gastronomic destinations.
The line-up includes Hugo Muñoz, chef at Ugo Chan, known for his inventive Japanese-Spanish cuisine, and Mario Sandoval of Coque, one of the most prominent names in contemporary Spanish fine dining.
Javier Sanz and Juan Sahuquillo of Michelin-starred CEBO will also take part, bringing their ingredient-led approach to the experience. They will be joined by Javier Bonet, founder of Sala de Despiece, one of Madrid’s most original and recognisable dining concepts.

Contemporary Mexican cuisine will be represented by Roberto Ruiz, founder of Barracuda MX and a pioneer of modern Mexican fine dining in Europe, while Gianni Pinto of Noi will bring his acclaimed contemporary interpretation of Italian cooking.
The culinary programme will also welcome Benito Gómez, chef of Bardal in Ronda, one of Andalusia’s most highly regarded fine-dining restaurants.
Signature dishes in tasting format
Across the weekend, guests will be able to explore a wide variety of dishes served from multiple food stations. The selection will include fine dining, ingredient-led cooking, international flavours, vegetarian options and artisan pastries.
Each participating chef will present signature dishes that have made their restaurants among the capital’s most sought-after tables. Adapted into tasting portions, the format will allow guests to sample an array of leading culinary experiences within one setting.
The journey will finish on a sweet note, with desserts from Jordi Roca, founder of Rocambolesc and one of the world’s most influential pastry chefs, alongside internationally recognised chocolatier and patissier Oriol Balaguer.
