Midweek dining takes a cosmic twist at The Alchemist

Midweek socialising has taken a cosmic twist at cocktail bar The Alchemist, which has extended its popular Cosmic Supper Club menu to run throughout the Spring. The perfect midweek treat, from Sunday to Wednesday guests can enjoy a Cosmic Oyster cocktail with their choice of three sharing plates from an available 20, for a total of £20.

Dishes include Chorizo & Cheddar doughballs, Whipped Bur-natta, a vegan alternative to burrata with a watermelon and tomato salad and Tempura Prawn Lollipops.

Those with a sweet tooth can choose from the likes of Next Level Chocolate Brownie, Gelato and Passionfruit Pancakes.

The signature Cosmic Oyster is a mini cocktail served in silver oyster shells complete with passionfruit pearls. There is a choice of two flavours – Bombay Presse Gin, Limoncello, Yuzu, Citrus, Disco Blue, Passionfruit Pearls, or Aperol, Italicus Bergamot Aperitivo, Citrus, Disco Grenadine and Orange Bitters.

The Cosmic Supper Club can be booked online and is available from 5pm, Sunday to Wednesday.
