Scotts Bar & Restaurant has launched its new Spring/Summer menu at its Port Edgar Marina restaurant in South Queensferry, bringing together premium seafood, lighter seasonal dishes and signature favourites in a stylish waterfront setting overlooking the Firth of Forth.
Part of the award-winning Buzzworks hospitality group, Scotts’ culinary team has created a menu that celebrates the best of the season, combining fresh, flavour-led dishes with the restaurant’s much-loved classics. It delivers an aspirational dining experience that showcases Scotts’ stylish, coastal escapism and quality dishes the team are proud to serve.
Designed with longer days and relaxed dining in mind, the new menu offers something for every occasion, whether enjoying a laid-back lunch, a premium meal for a special celebration, or creating moments to remember by the water.
Jamie McFadyen, General Manager of Scotts, said: “Our new menu reflects everything we love about spring and summer at Port Edgar.
“We’ve elevated our classics as well as created a great new range of seasonal dishes that showcase our talented team and the quality food we are known for.
“From fresh seafood to signature dishes such as steaks and burgers, it’s all about great food, great company and making the most of our waterfront setting.”

Seafood remains at the heart of the offering, with standout dishes including freshly landed langoustines finished with caramelised lemon butter and Peterhead haddock fish and chips served with thick-cut fries, chunky tartare sauce, minted mushy peas and chippy sauce.
Signature favourites such as Lobster Thermidor and seared scallops ravioli provide further choice, alongside new lighter vegetarian and vegan friendly options, including Bang Bang Tenderstem with toasted almond and Sriracha dip, and salt and chilli crispy cauliflower, served with steamed coriander rice, stir fried peppers and red onions in a ginger and soy dressing.
New additions to the seasonal menu include a feta and watermelon salad and pan-roasted chicken breast with preserved lemon thyme jus, offering a balanced mix of indulgent and lighter options.
