Six by Nico has developed a new approach by blending immersive storytelling with culinary innovation at a time when dining experiences are becoming more competitive.

This shift is part of an ongoing development that Six by Nico is taking to further enhance customer experience while maintaining a competitive edge in the hospitality scene.

Speaking exclusively with Aberdeen Business News, Nico Simeone, Founder and CEO of Six by Nico, emphasises that the company’s foundation is built on evolution and innovation.

He said: “We constantly challenge ourselves to innovate and enhance the experience for our guests.

“This new creative direction is an extension of that philosophy, allowing us to introduce immersive experiences through gamified menus and storytelling, which we plan to roll out three to four times a year.

“We remain committed to exploring the world, documenting our culinary journey, and bringing those global inspirations to our six-course menu.”

This approach improves the dining experience by reducing capacity by 50% and increasing table times for a more relaxed atmosphere.

With a focus on quality over quantity, Six by Nico shifted from five to four sittings per day, making each dining experience more personalised and memorable.

As Simeone highlights: “Our goal is to build a brand and business that stands the test of time.

“While we are still planning to open three to four new locations this year, this is a more measured approach compared to last year, when we launched eight.

“This approach enables our core team to refine operations, enhance the customer experience, and ensure that every aspect of Six by Nico aligns with our long-term vision.”

Immersive Dining Experiences

Immersive dining experiences, such as the launch of “Murder on the Midnight Express,” play a significant role in building stronger relationships with customers and the local community.

By offering unique and dynamic experiences, Six by Nico encourages conversation, sparks curiosity, and creates shared moments beyond the food itself.

Simeone said: “We believe immersive experiences like Murder on the Midnight Express add a new layer of engagement and storytelling to our concept, making dining at Six by Nico even more interactive and memorable.

“We’ve always believed in exploring our creativity and exploiting the dynamic synergies between food and drink, video marketing and events, and this new pillar of immersion is no exception”.

Six by Nico’s evolution is centred around innovation, creativity, and immersive experiences.

The company is poised to maintain its competitive edge and build lasting relationships with its customers and the community by refining its new creative direction and focusing on quality.

Simeone added: “By offering something unique and dynamic, we not only keep our guests excited but also foster a deeper connection with the local community.

“Ultimately, it’s about making each visit feel special and giving our guests a reason to keep coming back for more.

“By doubling down on quality and innovation, we are laying the foundation for sustainable, long-term success.”

Six by Nico’s latest menu The Italian Roadtrip is from 10 March until 20 April.
