Andrew Andrea joined C&C Group during a period of significant challenge, helping to stabilise the business and drive improvements in financial operations.

His contribution has been praised by C&C’s new Chief Executive, Roger White, who described Andrea as instrumental in the company’s recent progress.

The finance chief will continue to lead the finance and transformation team at C&C through to his planned departure, ensuring a smooth transition as the group recruits his successor.

The move comes at a time when C&C Group is aiming to build on recent positive momentum. Roger White, who was recently appointed Chief Executive following Ralph Findlay’s tenure, is tasked with steering the drinks giant – owner of leading brands such as Tennent’s, Magners, Bulmers and others – through its next phase of development.

Despite sector pressures, trading remains solid, with the group anticipating full-year results in line with expectations.

At Domino’s Pizza, Andrea will succeed Edward Jamieson as CFO starting March 2026, at a time when the UK pizza chain is navigating tough economic conditions and fluctuating customer demand.

Domino’s Chair Ian Bull highlighted Andrea’s exceptional experience in the hospitality and franchise sectors as key to his appointment.

Roger White commented: “The Board join me in thanking Andrew for his excellent contribution to C&C. Andrew joined the business during challenging times and has, through his experience and capabilities, played a significant role in the stabilisation and improvement of the business. Andrew will continue to be an important part of the leadership group until his planned departure early next year.”
