Ingredients
- 40ml Isle of Harris Gin
- 20ml mead
- 20ml freshly squeezed tangerine juice
- Sparkling orange wine
- A dash of Absinthe
- Orange peel to garnish
Method:
- Shake all ingredients, except the sparkling wine, and fine-strain over ice into a highball glass.
- Top with sparkling wine, stir gently to mix.
