Michelin unveiled the newest addition to its esteemed ranks: Roasmí proudly receiving its inaugural Michelin star, joining the distinguished de Mondion and The Medina Restaurant within The Xara Collection. This triumphant accolade marks a testament to the commitment to culinary excellence, where guests can embark on a gastronomic journey amidst the stars, with three restaurants now adorned with prestigious Michelin stars.

Rosamí, now adorned with a Michelin star, is nestled within the grandeur of a 19th-century palazzo, once the esteemed summer residence of one of Malta’s foremost industrialists. This prestigious Michelin star stands as a resounding testament to the exceptional talent and dedication of the team of passionate chefs, led by the visionary Cliff Borg. Their menu is a harmonious blend of childhood memories, personal journeys, and a profound love for gastronomy, crafted from the freshest produce sourced from Xara Gardens and local suppliers. Each dish is meticulously curated to spark conversation and delight discerning palates, inviting guests on a culinary voyage of discovery.

Elevating culinary artistry to unparalleled heights, de Mondion, The Xara Palace’s exclusive Michelin Star restaurant, offers more than just a dining experience—it’s a symphony of flavours against the backdrop of panoramic island vistas. Helmed by head chef Gabriel, whose expertise has been honed alongside culinary luminaries in the United Kingdom and the Maltese Islands, his culinary philosophy is a delicate balance of enhancing ingredients without overshadowing them, allowing their natural brilliance to shine through.

Located within the historic confines of Mdina’s Silent City, The Medina Restaurant continues to captivate diners with its enchanting ambience and Michelin-starred cuisine. Housed within a remarkable 11th-century Norman residence, this culinary gem radiates timeless charm, boasting Romanesque features that transport patrons to a bygone era. Whether savouring al fresco delights in the courtyard during summer or seeking warmth by the atmospheric fireplace in winter, every visit promises an unforgettable culinary journey.
