triSaaS, a leading provider of software and consultancy solutions for the UK hospitality industry, will this week unveil Purchase Warrior,  the most advanced procurement platform to be available in the UK sector, and the boldest work yet from founder and tech pioneer William Gorol.

This AI-powered, mobile-first procure-to-pay (P2P) platform draws on nearly two decades of procurement expertise to transform how hospitality businesses manage purchasing and supplier relationships from food, to cleaning supplies or contractors, it covers it all.

Purpose-built to address the real-world challenges of hospitality procurement, Purchase Warrior delivers speed, accuracy, and control at every stage of the process—from supplier onboarding and purchase order creation to invoice reconciliation and analytics.

The platform uses smart algorithms to highlight important business data in real time, helping with ordering, spotting trends, and making faster, better decisions. As teams use the system, it adapts and evolves, becoming a proactive operational companion across departments.

William Gorol, Founder and Managing Director of triSaaS, said: “This is my best work yet. Purchase Warrior is built on everything I’ve learned over the past 20 years. It combines the usability and reliability people love with cutting-edge AI, mobile-first design, and faster-than-ever reporting.

“It’s a product that understands the real pressures hospitality teams face because it’s been shaped by them.”

The launch comes at a time when triSaaS is set to double annual (2025) turnover with staff numbers already doubled in size over the last twelve months. The company continues to invest heavily in product development to deliver long-term value to its customers.

For Gorol, the release of Purchase Warrior is both a career milestone and a personal achievement. Born in Glasgow, he began his hospitality career washing dishes at a hotel on Loch Lomond before rising through the ranks to become a general manager at several of Scotland’s most respected venues. Having spent years on the front lines of customer-facing operations, he developed a deep understanding of the day-to-day challenges hospitality teams face.

In 2009, frustrated by the operational inefficiencies he encountered in the industry, Gorol made the leap into tech. Armed with little more than a notepad and a list of problems to solve, he began building practical tools to address real-world issues.

That vision led to the creation of Procure Wizard, the UK’s first fully integrated P2P platform for hospitality, which went on to serve more than 8,000 sites before being acquired by The Access Group in 2018. Now, through triSaaS, he continues to innovate with a growing suite of intelligent, purpose-built platforms.

Gorol continues: “This is a really exciting time for triSaaS – we’ve got the right team and resources in place and Purchase Warrior is a major development. Not just for us but for the hospitality industry as a whole. With a rapidly expanding product suite and a sharp focus on real-world results, we are well-positioned to lead the next wave of innovation in hospitality tech.

“The launch of Purchase Warrior reinforces our mission to help businesses streamline operations, control costs, and unlock lasting value through technology.”

The launch of Purchase Warrior marks a significant step in Edinburgh-based triSaaS’s journey to becoming the leading force in hospitality’s digital transformation. The company has built a reputation for solving operational pain points through software that is intuitive, reliable, and deeply aligned with customer needs.

Its expanding portfolio includes Logit, a task and compliance management system now used across more than 5,000 UK sites; Rota King, a labour management and cost control tool; Contract Concierge, focused on centralised contract compliance; and eSource Wizard, a powerful eRFx and eAuction solution. triSaaS also operates a consultancy-led portfolio, including including Hygenisys, a well-respected Environmental Health & Safety Consultancy, and Enhance, a leading provider of procurement services.

All triSaaS products are created in close collaboration with end users to ensure they address real challenges and deliver meaningful results. Whether it’s cutting admin time, improving compliance, or boosting operational performance, each solution is designed with measurable impact in mind.
