World-class chefs set to inspire at Rational’s 22nd TrendTalk

Rational’s 22nd TrendTalk is set to provide plenty of reasons to stay in the kitchen, rather than leave it.

This upcoming session will feature distinguished and inspiring chefs from across the globe, who will share their unique expertise, experiences, and challenges.

Among the speakers are Vojtech Vegh, widely regarded as the “godfather” of food-waste prevention and author of Surplus: The Food Waste Guide for Chefs; Earl Gray, an iconic chef and entrepreneur known for his holistic approach to cooking that blends technique, sustainability, and artistic presentation; and, returning once again, Rehan Uddin, a culinary visionary, dynamic leader in Pan-Asian cuisine, and Head Chef at Indi-Yang.

The TrendTalk will be moderated by Michael Jones from 1473 Media and Stephan Leuschner from Rational. The webinar is scheduled for Tuesday, 6 May 2025 at 13:00 and will last for 90 minutes.

Attendance is free of charge and interested participants can register via the TrendTalk | RATIONAL website- www.rational-online.com.
