Clean water technology firm RSE will carry out a major infrastructure project transforming assets for long-term sustainability and durability, Scottish Water has confirmed.
The Muir-of-Ord based company was initially selected as one of seven preferred bidders to deliver the multi-billion-pound contract, and it has now been awarded the ambitious project.
The Scottish Water Enterprise (“the Enterprise”) will be one of the most ambitious investment programmes ever undertaken by Scottish Water and will enhance both water and wastewater infrastructure between 2027 and 2033 – with the potential to extend for another six years.
RSE, recognised for its innovative and industry-leading modular solutions, was among multiple other firms invited to bid in the procurement process and stands to be instrumental as an Asset Delivery Partner for the Enterprise.
Work on the transformational project will begin in April 2027.
