The Hoxton, Edinburgh has unveiled a new monthly dining concept, introducing its first-ever Hedonistic Brunch series, a celebration of indulgent brunch fare paired with exceptional wines, set within the hotel’s exclusive Apartment events space.
Taking place on the last Sunday of each month, the ticketed series will spotlight a rotating selection of guest pours, ranging from chilled reds and rosé to sake, each thoughtfully paired with an abundant brunch menu designed to complement the featured drinks.
The inaugural event is set for Sunday 26 July, running from 11:30am to 2pm, and will centre around sparkling rosé and white wines from Italy’s renowned Bellavista Winery. Guests can expect an Italian-inspired spread curated by Patatino’s Executive Chef Andrea Zambrano, featuring a made-to-order ravioli station, braided ‘treccia’ mozzarella, vibrant seasonal salads, and a generous serving of tiramisù.
Designed to encourage a relaxed and sociable atmosphere, diners will be seated at long, beautifully dressed tables, while a live DJ set provides the soundtrack for the afternoon, blending music, food and drink into a lively end-of-weekend experience.
