London restaurant, wine bar and magazine Noble Rot is heading to Edinburgh for a one-off collaboration with The Palmerston this November.
The two names will come together for a special lunch and dinner service on Thursday 12 November as part of Noble Rot’s On Tour: Cooking with Friends series.
Known for its food-led approach to wine, Noble Rot operates restaurants in Soho and Mayfair alongside its magazine of the same name.
For its Edinburgh visit, Noble Rot Mayfair head chef Adam Wood will join The Palmerston team to create a menu featuring several of the restaurant’s signature dishes.
The menu will include Comté tart, braised turbot with Alsace bacon and oxidised Meursault, followed by Chartreuse ice cream.
Noble Rot co-founder Dan Keeling will also select and pour wines featured in his new book, Pick Your Bottles: 100 Wines to Change the Way You Drink.
