Black Sheep Coffee are finally opening a second store in Aberdeen, landing on Union Street on 29th July, more than two years after taking the lease over from Caffe Nero and letting the premises lie empty.

Marking another milestone in their Scottish expansion, this will be Black Sheep Coffee’s 18th store in Scotland and the second in Aberdeen, with the new site joining an existing Union Square shop 5 minutes round the corner.

Expect the brand’s signature brew: speciality-grade coffee (including the UK’s first 100% Robusta bean), matchas, smoothies, and Norwegian waffles.

The coffee shop group also recently launched a brand-new lemonade category, with both classic and matcha-spiked options in flavour-packed combos like Lychee, Lavender, Passionfruit, and Peach.

To celebrate the new launch, coffee lovers can enjoy £1 coffees on opening day, including all the classics: Americano, Latte, Cappuccino and Flat White.

David Moore, Operations Director for MDM Group commented on the launch, “We’re thrilled to be opening our Union Street store in partnership with Black Sheep Coffee – a brand with strong ethics and a bold identity. We look forward to growing the franchise in the North of Scotland and building on the success of their journey so far.”
