Bullards Spirits has partnered with fellow East Anglian drinks brand Edmunds Cocktails to unveil an innovative new range of premium cocktails, packaged in fully recyclable, easy-pour 70cl pouches.
The collaboration brings together Bullards’ expertise in crafting exceptional spirits with Edmunds Cocktails’ reputation for expertly blended drinks, resulting in a trio of ready-to-serve cocktails designed to deliver a bar-quality experience at home. Each pouch contains seven 100ml serves, offering a convenient and shareable option for consumers seeking high-quality cocktails without the fuss.

- Strawberry Clover Club (15.1% ABV), a vibrant twist on the pre-prohibition classic, blending Bullards Strawberry & Black Pepper Gin with strawberry liqueur, fresh lemon and sugar cane, finished with a gentle peppery lift.
- Nelson’s Bloody Storm (21.25% ABV), a rich and warming serve built around Bullards’ Nelson’s Blood Orange Spiced Rum, balanced with fiery ginger and a squeeze of lime for a twist on the Dark ‘n’ Stormy.
- Coastal Negroni (20% ABV), inspired by the Norfolk coastline, combining Bullards’ Coastal Gin with citrus notes, sweet vermouth, grapes infused with wormwood and sweet flag, and bitters for a refined take on the Italian classic.

Bullards, a brand synonymous with Norwich and Norfolk since 1837, draws on its heritage in the Victorian cocktail era—an age of gin palaces, shared punch bowls and bold flavours. The new Bullards and Edmunds 1837 Cocktail Club range aims to revive that spirit for modern drinkers with a contemporary, sustainable twist.
