Lost Shore Surf Resort in Edinburgh has unveiled Lost Food, a brand-new food and drink concept helmed by international chef, restaurateur and hospitality consultant Jason Wright.

For the first time, Lost Shore will be bringing its food offering in-house, with three distinct outlets: Lost KitchenLost Tacos and Lost Deli. A fourth Lost Market is set to open soon, offering a curated grocery experience and a range of branded Get Lost products. Guests can pick these up in person or have them delivered straight to their onsite chalet or pod after a day on the waves.

Lost Shore Surf Resort is an award-winning inland surf destination, home to Europe’s largest wave pool. Powered by cutting-edge Wavegarden technology, it brings the exhilaration of the ocean to the Scottish countryside – just a 10-minute drive from Edinburgh Airport.

Burns Night with Lost Shore and Fable Whisky

To celebrate Burns Night, Lost Shore has partnered with Fable Whisky for an evening of Scottish tradition, storytelling and flavour. The event will feature a whisky art and exhibition by Fable, complete with a piper to ceremonially pipe in the haggis before an official address and toast.
