The move from Cathedral House to Arthouse Glasgow marks a new chapter for Celentano’s, placing it within a landmark 19th-century townhouse hotel on Bath Street. The larger, refreshed space allows the team to maintain their relaxed, welcoming atmosphere while offering easier access for both hotel guests and those visiting for the Games.
Led by Chef Director Dean Parker and Managing Director Anna Parker, Celentano’s opened in 2021 and secured a Michelin Bib Gourmand within six months, an accolade it has retained ever since. The Italian-inspired menu focuses on thoughtful, ingredient-led cooking, with standout dishes such as crispy chicken skins with turnip and kombu ketchup, Mossgiel ricotta agnolotti with courgette, green olive and pumpkin seed, dayboat monkfish, and a Celentano’s affogato with malted barley gelato, Bare Bones chocolate mousse and cold brew coffee.
