Amorist Hotel & Restaurant in Dunfermline gears up for busy festive season, with signature Biscoff Martini set to be a firm favourite
Serving seasonal, local produce with a taste of the sun, together with carefully crafted cocktails, Amorist Restaurant in Dunfermline has unveiled its 2025 Festive Menu.
Diners can enjoy a three course festive menu at £35 per head, choosing from three starters, three main courses, and two desserts, or a cheeseboard. It will run every day throughout December, until Christmas Eve.
Drinks wise, customers can enjoy Dunfermline’s widest gin selection, with over 40 different types of gin on offer.
Cocktails are a firm favourite, with the Biscoff Martini described by Amorist owner, Nihat Oymak, as a “dessert in a glass.”

Cooking Mediterranean style food with a Scottish twist, the impressive Festive Menu at Amorist has been created by Head Chef Victoria Morrison, who lists time cooking for the late Queen Elizabeth II at the Palace of Holyrood, on her CV.
Enjoy a starter of homemade Lentil Soup, smoked salmon with avocado cream and cucumber salad, or Parma Ham Crostini with roast figs.
For main, choose from traditional roast turkey with all the trimmings, hot honey salmon fillet with herb couscous and yoghurt dressing, or a beetroot and butternut squash Wellington with sprouts and roast potatoes.
It wouldn’t be Christmas without an indulgent dessert, and Amorist is tempting the taste buds with Christmas Pudding with brandy custard, or a refreshing lemon tart with crème fraîche and berry coulis. Cheese lovers, meanwhile, can tuck into a selection of continental cheeses with crackers and chutney.
“We are delighted to release this festive menu, full of delicious favourites such as roast turkey and smoked salmon, but also offering dishes that are a little bit different, taking your taste buds on a culinary journey,” said Nihat, who also revealed that he was soon to launch his new 18 bedroom Amorist Hotel upstairs.

“Our three course menu is an affordable treat for the festive season, when people look forward to enjoying a meal with friends and family in relaxed surroundings,” he continued.
