Fierce Beer, the multi award winning Scottish brewery, is adding a new flagship to its existing range of Beer Coolers.

Fierce Iron Brew is launching on draft 25 January and exclusively in can across Scotmid stores 29 January.

Fierce’s Beer Coolers, introduced last year as the ‘perfect summer refreshers’ have been revamped for the New Year:

  • Fierce Iron Brew is a bright, vibrant orange, with the unmistakeable flavour of Scotland’s favourite soft drink
  • Fierce Iced Tea is brewed with real tea leaves & a twist of lemon – dry, light & refreshing
  • Fierce Lemonade is pink, hazy & crisp with flavours of zesty citrus & tart raspberry

Best served ice cold, the original trio of Beer Coolers were inspired by global trends moving towards more accessible beverages, with a target market spanning both craft beer and RTD drinkers.

Light, flavour-packed & refreshing – like beer, but cooler!Fierce Beer Coolers are brewed at Fierce HQ in Aberdeen with pure Scottish water, malted barley, a hint of hops & specially selected flavourings.

Not only are they lower in calories and carbs than a regular beer, like the Fierce Beer Year-Round range they’re also gluten-free & vegan!”

Launching Burns Night 2025, picking Scotland’s favourite soft drink as our new Beer Cooler flavour seemed like the obvious choice.

We have been trial testing and the most recent batch of Iron Brew was very well received at the exclusive tasting session we held mid-month at our bars. That was when we knew we’d got it just right” – Dave Grant, Founder & MD.

Just some of the feedback from said tasting session with customers included:”It tastes like an alcoholic beery iron brew.”

“Does what it says on the tin – the nose & colour are absolutely spot on!”

“That tastes just like the juice, is that what you’ve actually poured us?”

Available early access on draft in Fierce Bars & other selected venues from 25 January, then in can alongside Fierce Iced Tea, Fierce Lemonade, Fierce IPA & Cerveza in over 180 Scotmid stores, Fierce Bars & online shop from 29th January & on general release from 20 February.
