Edinburgh bar to debut at Glasgow venue for festival finale on 4 October.
Edinburgh’s Hey Palu will join forces with Glasgow venue SiSi for the final night of Glasgow Cocktail Week on Sunday 4 October. The festival’s ninth year will close with a rooftop party at SiSi, located on the top floor of The Social Hub, where Hey Palu will make its debut. The event runs from 7 pm until close, bringing the festival to a high-flying finish with DJs soundtracking the evening.
Founded in 2019 by husband-and-wife team Alex Palumbo and Rachel Bailey Palumbo, Hey Palu is an Italian-inspired cocktail bar on Edinburgh’s Bread Street. The acclaimed bar was named among the UK’s Top 50 Cocktail Bars for 2026, and is known for its warm hospitality, aperitivo cocktails, and extensive collection of amaro.
For the closing party, Hey Palu has teamed up with SiSi’s head bartender to create a menu spanning bright tequila serves, spritzes and playful twists on cocktail classics.
Both bars will serve four drinks from 7 pm until close.
Hey Palu’s menu features a Yuzu Margarita with Patrón Blanco, yuzu, and lime; a Cherry Rosita with Patrón Blanco, sour cherry, French bitter, and rose vermouth; and a Tequila Martini with Patrón Blanco, St-Germain, elderflower, fino sherry, and lemon verbena oil. Its Orchard Spritz combines St-Germain, peach vermouth, apricot and white grape soda.
SiSi’s four creations are Ya Like Jazz?, made with Patrón, piment d’Espelette, pineapple liqueur and pineapple hot honey; BC Boogie, with Johnnie Walker Black Label, banana cordial, lime and cherry soda; Rum Pum Pum Pum Plum, with Brugal 1888, Campari, Cocchi di Torino and spiced plum cordial; and Basil Crush, with Ben Lomond Gin, strawberry and lemongrass cordial, basil and ginger ale.
Everyone is welcome to join the Glasgow Cocktail Week closing party at SiSi, and wristband holders will receive £2 off cocktails on the evening.
The event forms part of Glasgow Cocktail Week, which has 65+ venues running special cocktail menus, events, masterclasses and more from Thursday 24 September until Sunday 4 October.
