“Their expertise keeps operations running smoothly and supermarket shelves stocked, yet they are being asked to do additional work for the same pay.
“If they’ve been asked to do extra work, they should get more pay..
“They will not stand by while their workload increases without recognition.
“It’s crunch time for KP bosses, so unless they want to see the shelves empty this Christmas, it’s time to get back round the table and sort this out.”
