Lost Shore Surf Resort in Edinburgh is inviting guests to celebrate Mother’s Day in style this Sunday, 15 March, with a specially curated menu from its brand-new food and drink venture, Lost Food.

Serving up eggs, pancakes and a range of hearty brunch favourites, the Mother’s Day menu is all about treating the mums in your life to something memorable. While the resort welcomes walk-ins, larger groups are encouraged to guarantee a spot by booking in advance via Lost Shore’s website.

The launch of Lost Food marks a major milestone for the resort, as it brings its culinary offering fully in-house for the first time. The new concept is headed up by international chef, restaurateur and hospitality consultant Jason Wright, known for his flair for flavour and innovative dining experiences.

Guests can now explore four distinct outlets on site: Lost KitchenLost TacosLost Deli and Lost Market – the latter featuring a grocery-style selection of branded Get Lost products available to take away or order straight to one of the surf resort’s lodges.

Situated just ten minutes from Edinburgh Airport, Lost Shore Surf Resort is already internationally recognised as Europe’s largest inland surf destination, powered by cutting-edge Wavegarden technology. The addition of Lost Food further enhances the resort’s reputation as a vibrant hub where visitors can surf, stay, and now savour world-class cuisine.

Flowing perfectly with the rhythm of the resort, Lost Food has been designed to complement every part of the experience – whether guests have come to surf, stay, relax in the spa, or simply enjoy a meal by the water.

For those looking to make this Mother’s Day extra special, Lost Shore Surf Resort offers the perfect blend of adventure, relaxation and culinary indulgence.
