Caramel Frost
Ingredients:
-50ml The Infusionist Caramel & Hazelnut Rum Liqueur
-25ml semi-skimmed milk
-25ml double cream
-2 sprays/drops of Aldi’s Moroccan Almond Extract
– Moser Roth Luxury Dark Chocolate
Method:
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with cubed ice
2. Shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker turns cold
3. Strain into a chilled coupette (or martini glass)
4. Garnish with grated Aldi’s Moser Roth Luxury Dark Chocolate shavings
Gunpowder Crackle
Ingredients:
-50ml Glen Marnoch Single Malt Islay Scotch Whisky
-10ml Gunpowder Whisky Liqueur
-10ml lemon juice
-20ml cloudy apple juice
-1 teaspoon of Aldi’s Specially Selected Sweet Rhubarb and Ginger Preserve or stem ginger in sugar syrup
Method:
1. Add all ingredients to a shaker with cubed ice
2. Shake until the outside of the cocktail shaker turns cold
3. Strain over fresh cubed ice into a short glass
4. Garnish with a twist of orange peel and a slice of fresh apple to serve
