Rare Find, the award-winning Edinburgh-based independent bottler today unveils its exclusive Fèis Ìle 2026 Collection – a sensory homage to Islay’s cherished whisky festival. Comprising three single cask 12-year-old Caol Ila single malts, each finished for three months in a unique octave cask – Ruby Port, Tawny Port, and Madeira – this unified trio captures both the vibrancy of the island and the spirit of discovery that defines Rare Find.
The collection is presented with striking full-art labels, each designed in a bespoke colour palette chosen to reflect the individual character of the cask within. From Caol Ila’s signature maritime smoke and mineral edge to softer notes of citrus, the artwork offers a visual interpretation of the spirit itself – creating a triptych in which flavour and design are intrinsically linked.
As with all Rare Find bottlings, these releases are presented without compromise – natural colour, non-chill filtered and bottled at cask strength – revealing Caol Ila’s coastal power and smoky poise through different lenses of fortified wine cask influence.

Finished for three months in a Tawny Port octave.
58.3% ABV | 63 bottles
NOSE Mince pies, cola cubes, medicinal peat smoke, and pineapple chunks.
PALATE Soft brown sugar, cola bottles, anise chews, and lingering coastal smoke.
FINISH Lemon gel, iodine, and fading sweet fruits.
Caol Ila 12-Year-Old Madeira Octave Finish
Finished for three months in a Madeira octave.
57.9% ABV | 66 bottled
NOSE Presenting griddled strawberries, salted almonds, ashy smoke, and angelica.
PALATE Mouthcoating with aniseed, coastal smoke, and zesty lemon tart.
FINISH Long with salinity, slowly fading lemon and persistent smoke.
