Danish bakery Ole & Steen has launched its first cookbook, bringing together recipes for some of its best-known bakes alongside dishes inspired by Denmark’s culinary traditions.
The Ole & Steen Cookbook contains 45 recipes designed to help home bakers recreate the bakery’s flavours in their own kitchens.
Recipes include popular favourites such as cardamom buns, Cinnamon Socials and Danish sausage rolls, as well as a selection of more traditional Danish bakes.
