Edinburgh Beer Factory has relaunched Paolozzi Vino: their 7.4%, wine barrel aged Paolozzi Helles Lager.

After last year’s highly sought after limited batch of Paolozzi Vino, they have been busy brewing and barrel ageing this year’s Vino: V2.

They sourced a combination of sweet and dry white wine barrels from Burgundy which they used to age a higher strength Paolozzi Helles Lager.

The history of the oak barrels infuses deeply and characterfully into the brew, releasing rich notes of spiced raisins and blackcurrants and giving the lager a glowing apricot hue.

Each bottle has been hand filled, wax-sealed, stamped with an EBF insignia and labelled with bottle number within the batch. Last autumn, the first experimental batch sold out in no time, so get your hands on a bottle today at our Brewery Shop in Bankhead on our website.
