Delicate savouries include whipped Applewood cheese on cranberry toast with apricot ketchup and lemon chicken with green goddess dressing, while patisserie highlights such as a raspberry, dark chocolate and rose gâteau or an apricot and pistachio macaron capture summer in every bite.
Buttermilk scones arrive warm with clotted cream and homemade strawberry jam, timeless and irresistible. A glass of chilled Billecart-Salmon Champagne sets the tone, alongside a carefully curated selection of speciality teas and artisan coffees.
