Isle of Skye’s Iconic Distillery to Offer Exclusive Tastings, Tours, and Adventures on Talisker Day, this 13th September

Talisker, the oldest working distillery on the Isle of Skye, is inviting adventurous spirits to an unmissable series of exclusive events during the annual Hebridean Whisky Festival (9-14 September).

This year, Talisker Day will be celebrated on 13th September, featuring a variety of exceptional experiences designed to immerse visitors in the rich heritage and unique character of Talisker whisky, topped off with the distillery’s first ever limited-edition festival bottling.

Leigh Aitken, Brand Home Manager shares her excitement as she says: “We are delighted to be inviting guests to explore Talisker’s deep connection to Skye and enjoy everything the stunning island has to offer. It is a pleasure to be joining six other local distilleries in celebrating the Hebridean Whisky Trail for the 7th year.”

Festivalgoers can look forward to live music from a lineup of local musicians including Kathleen MacDonald and Iona Reid (12pm), Ali McFarlance (13:30pm), Eosaph Chaimbeaul (15:00pm), and Angus Mackenzie (16:30pm).

Outdoor seating, an exciting new ‘Made by the Sea’ menu from the iconic Three Chimney’s, a retail offering should visitors wish for a little bit of Talisker to take home, and of course a whisky bar, will be just the beginning of the celebrations for the Hebridean Whisky Festival. Talisker is also offering five unforgettable special experiences, set against the breathtaking landscape of Skye.
