Walker’s Shortbread is preparing for the festive season with its Christmas 2026 collection, designed to cater to various gifting needs from stocking fillers to premium sharing tins and seasonal mince pies. Made in the Highland village of Aberlour, the family-owned Scottish bakery’s new range combines familiar shortbread favourites with several new additions, including Mini Chocolate Shortbread Parcels, Mini Festive Shortbread Shapes, and a Shortbread Petticoat Tails tin. The 2026 collection, which spans lower-cost treats, keepsake tins, and gluten-free options, will be available from October through selected retailers and the company’s online shop.
Among the new products are the Mini Chocolate Shortbread Parcels, a 100g pack of all-butter chocolate shortbread containing dark chocolate chips, presented in festive parcel-shaped packaging and retailing for £2.25. This new item joins returning seasonal favourites such as Mini Shortbread Festive Shapes (150g, RRP £3.65) and Mini Shortbread Christmas Trees (150g, RRP £3.65), both featuring bite-sized all-butter shortbread in Christmas-themed designs.
For gifts under £10, Walker’s has introduced a Mini Festive Shortbread Shapes tin, containing 100g of all-butter shortbread in the form of Santas, snowmen, reindeer, and Christmas trees, priced at £5. Another option is the Giant Shortbread Finger Tin, a 250g novelty tin shaped like one of Walker’s signature shortbread fingers, offering a playful alternative for £9 while retaining the brand’s classic all-butter recipe.

The collection also includes larger keepsake tins intended for sharing during Christmas gatherings. New for 2026 is the Shortbread Petticoat Tails tin (300g, RRP £13.50), filled with crumbly triangular shortbread pieces. Additionally, the Festive Shortbread Assortment Tin (450g, RRP £15.00) contains a selection of festive-shaped shortbread. Both tins can be reused as decorative keepsakes after their contents have been enjoyed.
The festive food range also includes Walker’s all-butter shortbread pastry mince pies. Traditional Mince Pies (372g, RRP £4.75) are offered alongside Gingerbread Mince Pies (245g, RRP £4.15), which feature gingerbread-spiced pastry around a rich mincemeat filling. Furthermore, the Christmas selection provides a gluten-free range certified by the UK Coeliac Society, including Gluten Free Shortbread Assortment (280g, RRP £7.85), Gluten Free Shortbread Rounds (140g, RRP £3.95), Gluten Free Chocolate Chip Shortbread (140g, RRP £3.95), and Gluten Free Ginger & Lemon Shortbread (140g, RRP £3.95).
