Luxury hotel management company Inverlochy Castle Management International (ICMI) won the Best Small Hotel Group Award at the 2019 AA Hospitality Awards in London.

The firm’s portfolio includes Inverlochy Castle and Greywalls and was recognised for the group’s commitment to outstanding service, food and accommodation in the hotels under its management.

Andy Murray’s Cromlix was awarded the Red Star Award: AA Inspectors’ Choice in Britain & Ireland. Red Star awards are the highest accolade given to hotels at the awards, and represent the most outstanding properties which offer exceptional levels of quality, service and hospitality.

Luxury private island Isle of Eriska has been awarded three AA Rosettes in recognition of its outstanding food and fine dining experience, led by Head Chef Graeme Cheevers, placing the restaurant in the top 10% in the UK. Eriska was also awarded five stars for the overall guest experience.

The wins add to an impressive collection of awards for the hotel management and consultancy company who manage luxury properties across Scotland and the Caribbean (The Liming), and this year launched Select Hotel Management Services to offer a suite of services to hotel operators across the market.

Norbert Lieder, managing director of ICMI, said: “This is a fantastic achievement for ICMI and recognises the hard work and commitment of our team.

“We strive to always give our guests an experience they won’t forget. The awards are credit to our team who aim to exceed customer expectations, whether that’s through amazing food and service, range of facilities available, or luxury accommodation in each of our properties.”
