six°north Newsletter has released a raft of new brews as drafts in their own bars in AberdeenStonehaven (Marine Hotel)Glasgow & Edinburgh. They’re also available at other selected bars and bottle shops.

Here’s a roundup below:

VÉLO Pale Ale is a combination of American yeast and European hops. Huell Melon, Mandarina Bavaria & German Cascade are used to give distinctly tropical aromas and a light, balanced dry finish. Tasty!

DYNAMO is a classic IPA, hopped with Amarillo & Centennial to give a bold citrus flavour and assertive bitterness. Yum! [Released 6th Sept]

ANISE VERDE: A collaboration with BFM (Switzerland), a Berliner Weisse with green anise, hysope and lemon zest. Admit it, you’re intrigued!

They have revamped BIDON. A classic low ABV and quaffable table beer, hopped with Motueka and Ekuanot. [Released 6th Sept]

COMMON THREAD is a collab with Simply Hops. A light Belgian Pale Ale with some new hops designed to offer something different. Relax are low in Alpha acids to give a tropical aroma without bitterness. Fantasia amps up traditional noble European hop flavours with added fruit. Monroe is all about the berry flavours. Tasty hop juice!

BETTER LATE THAN NEVER is a New England IPA we brewed in the summer over in Gothenburg with our friends Beerbliotek. Dry hopped with Styrian Wolf, Citra and Ekuanot. BLTN nails the brief; a hazy juice-bomb packed with mango, citrus and pineapple. Fantastic stuff!

We recently released a dry hopped sour called AMUNDSIX [6.7%] A collab we brewed with Norway’s finest Amundsen. This was released as part of the North Sea Bridges project on 23rd August. We used a LOT of the following hops in this beer [20g/L to be precise] Amarillo, Mosaic, Citra and Simcoe.  Heaps of grapefruit on the nose. Crisp and sharp with the hops shining bright on the finish!
