On Thursday 12 June, Glasgow will play host to a unique culinary celebration as Isle of Harris Distillery and Hinba Coffee unite for a one-night-only Hebridean Tasting Evening.
This special event promises to transport guests to the Outer Hebrides through an inspired four-course menu and expertly paired drinks, all without leaving the city.
The evening will showcase the distinctive flavours of Scotland’s islands, with dishes such as kelp-cured salmon and wild garlic lamb with whisky jus taking centre stage.


Each course is thoughtfully paired with signature spirits from the Isle of Harris Distillery, including their renowned Isle of Harris Gin and The Hearach single malt whisky.
Guests will also enjoy a specially crafted Hebridean Espresso Martini, blending Hinba’s small-batch coffee with The Hearach for a truly local twist.
Guiding guests through the evening will be Megan Geddes of Isle of Harris Distillery and Fergus McCross, founder of Hinba Coffee.

Together, they will share the stories and craftsmanship behind their celebrated Hebridean products, offering insights into the traditions and character that define their brands.
