Chefs Roy Brett and Lee Murdoch have joined forces at Seaton House to create a special four-course menu for an exclusive dining experience in The Board Room, right in the heart of St Andrews. The evening will also feature de Burgh’s very own Tarquin de Burgh, who will guide guests through expertly paired wines for each course.

Two sittings will be available, at 5pm and 8pm. To reserve your table, visit The Board Room | Seaton House.

Guests wishing to extend their evening can take advantage of preferred accommodation rates at Seaton House, though availability is limited and early booking is advised – full details are available at www.seatonhouse.com.

Nestled near the first tee of the iconic Old Course with sweeping views over West Sands Beach, Seaton House offers an inviting “home from home” atmosphere and the warm hospitality Scotland is known for. The hotel is home to acclaimed restaurants Ondine Oyster & Grill, The Board Room, and Bow Butts Bar, which features an inspiring whisky collection.

Seaton House boasts 42 luxury bedrooms, including six stunning suites and three junior suites. Guests can choose between sea or garden views, with five rooms featuring private terraces. Every detail has been carefully considered — from refined furnishings to bespoke touches — designed to inspire and relax.
