The Hoxton Edinburgh is getting into the spooky spirit with a Haunted Hoose Party featuring themed cocktails, tarot readings, nostalgic games and live music.
Taking place on Saturday, 31 October, the hotel’s Get Together event space will be transformed into an immersive haunted house for one night only.
The event will begin at 7.30pm, with guests welcomed by cocktails created in collaboration with Hendrick’s Gin and Don Julio. Grown-up versions of traditional Halloween treats will also be served, including boozy candy apples, gin-filled doughnuts and bespoke “ice scream” made by Edinburgh-based Basement Gelato.
The evening’s signature drinks will include The Devil You Know, a fiery blood orange margarita made with Don Julio Tequila and Ancho Reyes Chile Liqueur.
Guests can also try The Devil You Don’t, a floral gin sour combining Hendrick’s Gin, fino sherry, cloudy apple juice and basil syrup, or The Devil You Didn’t, a crisp shot featuring gin, Cointreau, white crème de cacao and lemon juice.
Tarot and wine expert The Wine Witch will provide complimentary readings throughout the event, while guests will also be able to visit a hands-on potion-making station.
Those ordering a signature Hendrick’s cocktail will receive a miniature tarot card revealing a drink-inspired manifestation based on their chosen serve.

The entertainment will continue with Halloween-themed versions of nostalgic party games, including “eyeball” beer pong and drink dooking. DJ Lu will provide music until the event finishes at 1am.
Fancy dress is required, with guests encouraged to embrace the theme for the chance to win a £200 bar tab for the best costume.
The Halloween celebration will be the third in a series of Hoose Parties held at The Hoxton Edinburgh during 2026. It follows the hotel’s Pride edition in June, with a further event planned for Hogmanay.
