CUPP and Okome also joining Glasgow centre’s food and drink line-up this winter
Fluffy Fluffy, a Canadian-founded soufflé pancake brand, is to open its first Scottish café at St. Enoch Centre in Glasgow. The café will be on Level 1 of the city centre shopping destination and will welcome customers before Christmas.
The menu will include Oreo Soufflé Pancakes, Pistachio Croffles and cheesecakes in flavours including Biscoff, pistachio, crème brûlée and matcha. Pistachio Croffles are described as a hybrid pastry made by pressing buttery croissant dough inside a hot waffle iron.

Fluffy Fluffy is one of three new food and drink arrivals at the Centre this winter. Bubble tea brand CUPP will open on the ground floor on Friday 6 November, serving boba, coffee and matcha, with the first 100 shoppers that day to receive a free drink. Japanese restaurant Okome will open on Level 1 in early December.

Craig Stewart, Centre Manager at St. Enoch Centre, said: “Fluffy Fluffy has a huge following, so we’re thrilled to be bringing Scotland’s very first to St. Enoch Centre. Together with Okome and CUPP, it gives visitors even more reasons to stop, eat and make a proper day of it this Christmas.”
He added: “Openings like these show why St Enoch is one of Glasgow’s go-to destinations, and we’re looking forward to a busy festive period.”
Menkind and Calendar Club are also now open at the Centre as festive pop-ups until the end of the year.
