PERTH Distillery Co. is celebrating a fantastic achievement today, having been shortlisted in no less than four categories at the prestigious 2021 Scottish Gin Awards.

Recognition has been given to their Perth Gin Original, Perth Pink and Winter Spiced Gin Liqueur as well as being nominated a Best Newcomer Distillery  Finalist following the opening in December 2020 despite the challenges of the continued COVID-19 restrictions.

Founded in 2016 by KD Media, the Scottish Gin Awards are judged by a panel of industry and market experts and Perth Gin founder, Iain McDonald is delighted that Perth Distillery Co. is being recognised in this way.

“Perth Gin was born out of our love for gin and our love for the City of Perth.  Distilled right in the heart of Perth beside the River Tay, we were passionate about creating an offer that was traditional but with an edge that makes it unique, the perfect complement to Perth”.

Whilst Perth Distillery Co is a relative newcomer to the gin scene, the team have worked to ensure a top-quality product, right out of their Portuguese copper stills in their fantastic space in Tay Street.  Future plans include the imminent launch of their Distillery Shop, Tours and Gin Joint, so that locals and visitors alike can experience first-hand, the Spirit of Perth.
