Eden Mill has launched ‘Brunch at The Lookout’ in the cafe/bar on the top
floor of its Guardbridge distillery.
The first brunch is on Saturday 7th November, and the £35 menu leans on
producers from along the Fife coast: sourdough from Barnett’s in
Anstruther, smoked fish from the East Neuk and free-range eggs from Blyths
of Fife.
Guests start with a hot drink, fresh juices and a plate from the grazing
table, followed by a cooked main. These range from thick-cut back bacon
with butter-fried potatoes and spiced apple ketchup to a Scotch pancake
stack with maple syrup, with vegetarian and vegan options.

Steven Kersley, CEO of Eden Mill, said: “Brunch at The Lookout brings
together two things we’re proud of: the estuary view from our bar, and the
excellent producers on our doorstep. It’s a relaxed, indulgent way to start
the weekend, and we can’t wait to welcome our first guests.”
Brunch at The Lookout runs November 7th, 8th, 28th and 29th as well as
December 4th and 5th, with sittings from 11:30 to 13:00. Menu and booking
details are at edenmill.com/pages/brunch-at-the-lookout.
