With the line up for Scotland’s national brewing trade show and conference finalised, delegates and trade show exhibitors are now being invited to confirm their place at the third annual event.

Headlined by keynote speaker, Jan Niewodniczanski from Bitburger Braugruppe, the event takes place on Thursday 19th September 2019 and will be hosted by Jaega Wise, the BBC Presenter and Head Brewer of London’s Wild Card Brewery.

This year’s new technical sessions will feature Dr Tom Shellhammer, from Oregon State University, Professor Sir Geoff Palmer OBE and Robert Percival from Lallemand.  They will present three sessions on the subjects of hops, cereals and yeast, sharing current knowledge, practices and challenges as well as research and development from across the world.

They will be joined by Shane McCarthy from Ireland Craft Beers who will share his experiences as the founder of the world’s first Blockchain beer.  He will be joined in delivering one of the two business focussed sessions, by David Elliott of Kantar’s Worldpanel who will present the latest trends and research into the changes demands of consumers in the beer market worldwide.

The conference is staged alongside a busy trade show featuring a range of brewing related businesses.
