WITH THE eagerly anticipated opening of Scotts Greenock set for summer 2023 under the ownership and operation of Buzzworks Holdings, the business has now launched its senior recruitment drive.

Buzzworks, one of Scotland’s leading hospitality businesses named in the Best Companies to Work for List consistently over the past few years, has begun its search to recruit an outstanding senior team, as work progresses on its first venue in Inverclyde.

The vacancies for senior positions will cover a variety of roles within the venue, across both front of house and kitchen management, whilst recruitment for all additional vacancies will begin in earnest closer to the venue opening its doors in the summer.

Nicola Watt, Head of People at Buzzworks Holdings, said: “Our much-anticipated renovations for the new Scotts Greenock restaurant are beginning to really take shape so we are keen to start putting in place a team to match the world class surroundings here at the Greenock Cruise Ship Visitor Centre.

“This is a great opportunity for those with excellent experience within the industry to come and work for a progressive, family run business that takes great pride in ensuring the wellbeing of its people. As part of the opening team, the successful candidates will be bringing both a new and exciting dining experience to the area, which locals and visitors will be proud of for future generations.”

With industry-leading benefits for its senior positions and teams, including a rewarding bonus structure, ongoing training and development, career progression, flexible working and health and wellbeing incentives, there is a vast range of opportunities on offer at Buzzworks.

Positioned atop the new £19.2 million Greenock Cruise Ship Visitor Centre, Scotts is set bring its brand of stylish coastal escapism to Greenock and guests will soon be able to enjoy everything from classic fish and chips and mouth-watering burgers, to prime Scotch steaks and freshly landed langoustines cooked to perfection on the chargrill.

From the bar, Scotts will offer an impressive selection of wines and champagnes by the glass, not to mention an incredible cocktail selection prepared by some of the company’s talented and award-winning mixologists.
