The event will feature two Michelin-starred chef Aktar Islam, with proceeds supporting children’s charities in the North-East of Scotland through The JEllie Foundation.

The Signature Food Festival is run by The JEllie Foundation and all proceeds from the festival events are distributed by the Foundation to local charities across Aberdeen and Aberdeenshire which support children and their families.
