The menu boasts an array of innovative savouries, including:

- Samba Edinburgh Roll: A crowd-pleaser with whisky-cured salmon, avocado, oshinko, and whisky orange gel

Warm Honey & Tahitian Vanilla Scones round off the experience, served alongside strawberry & pink peppercorn compote and clotted cream. A vegetarian menu is also available.
