The Edinburgh Seafood Festival is back at St James Quarter from Saturday 3 – Monday 5 May, offering a weekend packed with seafood delights, family fun, and exclusive experiences.

Festival Highlights

  • The Seafood Stage: Watch top chefs and mixologists, including delicious. magazine’s Laura Rowe and Tom Shingler (Saturday), host live cooking demos and masterclasses. Guests can take home exclusive recipe cards to recreate dishes at home.
  • Oyster Giveaway: Enjoy 100 free oysters daily at 14:30 on Saturday and Sunday, courtesy of The Oysterman.
  • Family Fun: Kids will love the family zone on Level 3 with crafts, magic, music, face painting, and even a mermaid meet-and-greet on Saturday.
  • Seafood Specials: Indulge in exclusive seafood dishes at participating Quarter restaurants for one weekend only.
  • Local Produce Market: Shop fresh ingredients and accompaniments on Level 1 for your own seafood creations.
  • Supper Clubs: Experience intimate dinners with curated menus by chefs Barry Bryson and Paul Wedgwood at Miele’s Experience Centre. Limited to just 12 seats per event!
