This festive season, Glasgow and Edinburgh relevellers can relive the magic of Christmas past as Somewhere by Nico unveil a brand-new immersive experience: Now That’s What I Call: Christmas Cocktails, a five-course cocktail journey that blends nostalgia, storytelling, and inventive mixology.

Running from now until 31 December 2025 in Glasgow and Edinburgh locations, the Now That’s What I Call: Christmas Cocktails experience marks the first time this menu has been offered, inviting guests to step into the warmth, wonder, and joy of a childhood Christmas.

Each of the five courses is crafted to evoke a distinct festive moment – from decorating the tree to leaving out treats for Santa. Guests can personalise their experience by creating their own “Christmas List” and selecting which cocktails and flavour profiles they prefer. Guests can further customise their experience with the optional festive add-ons; from Gingerbread Espresso Martini to a Pigs in Blanket Old Fashioned.

For those looking to enjoy the celebration without the alcohol, the full festive cocktail experience is also available as a non-alcoholic pairing, ensuring everyone can savour the magic.

Annie Gaddis, Head of Social & Content for Somewhere by Nico said:

“We wanted to create more than a cocktail menu for the holiday season. This is a chance to immerse yourself in the sights, scents, and flavours of Christmas, and to relive the excitement and warmth we all remember. As you step into Somewhere you step back into the Christmases you remember, decorating the tree, writing your wish list, and unwrapping the magic of the season”
