From food hall to fashion runway, Scottish Marketplace Bonnie & Wild hosts launch of Holly Campbell’s latest designs as part of Edinburgh STYLE weekend.

It’s renowned for its award-winning food and drink, but this month Edinburgh marketplace Bonnie & Wild will be transforming its events space into a fashion runway for the launch of designer Holly Campbell’s latest collection.

Described as part-fashion launch, part-runway experience and part-cinematic premiere, the design showcase will see the acclaimed Edinburgh designer reveal the latest hand-crafted pieces from her Leith studio while also premiering her short fashion film, 9 Ravelston Court.

One half of the Edinburgh fashion label Totty Rocks, Holly Campbell launched her own studio in 2023, with the upcoming March 28 event at Bonnie & Wild a celebration of her latest designer-wear.

Guests to the collection launch will be able to enjoy a runway presentation of the designwear, mingle among mannequins dressed in the new designs, and meet the full creative team behind the collection and Super 8 film, while also experiencing the energy of a modern fashion magazine-style launch party.

Holly Campbell said: “Bonnie & Wild’s event space is the perfect setting to bring my latest collection to life with a film screening, runway show, pop-up shop, and some beautiful food and drink. We really wanted to celebrate all the creatives who collaborated on the new collection as well as the production of the Super 8 film, and I can’t wait to share them both with the wider audience coming to St James Quarter for Edinburgh STYLE.”

With Bonnie & Wild rebranding itself Bonnie & Style for the weekend, Managing Director Ryan Barrie said: “Edinburgh STYLE at St James Quarter is always a popular event for us at Bonnie & Wild. Last year we hosted a fashion show with Siobhan Mackenzie and a scouting day with the modelling agency Colours, and we’re excited to be this year hosting the launch of Holly Campbell’s latest designs, and I’m sure it’ll be a real highlight of this year’s Edinburgh STYLE weekend.”

The Holly Campbell Experience takes place on March 28, from 2pm-6pm. Tickets are free, but must be reserved: https://events.humanitix.com/holly-campbell-fashion-showcase
